Earlier we reported that a teenage was arrested in charge of being one of the leading activists of hacker group LulzSec which derived from another big group Anonymous. The boy, nicknamed Topiary on LulzSec, appeared in a London Court on Monday.



Jake Davis, 18, was charged with five offences under the Computer Misuse Act. However, his lawyer claimed that there may be evidences that show his link with the hacker groups, but there are no evidence so far that can prove his act in the attacks. Therefore, the court released him on bail with a few terms. According to them, he will have no internet access, will not leave home and will have to be under a curfew.

After shaking the Sony gaming network, taking down Visa, MasterCard website inlcuding CIA, various members of LulzSec and Anonymous was arrested in different countries including the US, Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, and recently in the UK.

These groups, claiming themselves to be ethical hackers, mainly target website with a specific reason described in their twitter streams.
