Wikipedia is probably the best internet-based resource to find elaborated information about almost any given topic. This non-profit organization has been working hard with thousands of volunteer contributors to keep lots of topics up-to-date on its large database. However, recently its founder Jimmy Wales said that the largest open encyclopedia is losing contributors.

According to The Huffington Post, the founder says administrators are scrambling to simplify what he called "convoluted" editing templates that may be discouraging people from writing and editing Wikipedia's entries.

He also said that the site has introduced a new feature called WikiLove that enables users to post positive feedback on pages which he hopes will encourage contributors to stay active on the site.

Wikipedia's information are open to anyone as well as editable by any interested person around the world. However, it has scandals that sometimes its pages provide misleading information as people could edit most of the pages without administrator's approval.
